Are you a dynamic leader passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences? We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our restaurants, bars, and event venues. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll partner closely with your team and peers to deliver outstanding service, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive strong financial results.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Qualified candidates must have flexible availability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

Essential Job Duties:

Lead, motivate, and support a high‑performing food & beverage team.

Hire, train, schedule, coach, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

Oversee budgets, labor, inventory, and supplies to meet financial goals.

Ensure daily operations comply with health, safety, and ABC laws and regulations.

Develop and implement new promotions, policies, and procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.

Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director on forecasting and planning.

Requirements

A minimum of one year experience in a food & beverage management role (restaurant, resort, private club, etc.)

Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and budgeting skills.

Creative thinker with a customer‑first mindset and a positive attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High school diploma or GED required; post‑secondary education in hospitality a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working long shifts in a fast‑paced, hot, and humid environment.

Ability to speak clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
