TTM strives to invest in our team members at all levels – starting on your first day. To support the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90‑Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.

Scope The image operator coats, exposes, and develops light‑sensitive film on a variety of materials, inner layers, sub‑assemblies and outer layers as part of the printed circuit board manufacturing process. This opening focuses on the Develop process.

Schedule & Location 1st shift hours: 7 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon – Fri with overtime as needed. Position is located at 8192 Southpark Lane, Littleton, CO.

Duties and Responsibilities Independently operate machines requiring setups and maintain proper manufacturing line flow.

Exposer maintenance

Duplicate artwork and inspect results to produce working copies for the production process.

Develop and/or touch‑up to duplicate circuit images onto panels prior to plating or masking.

Cleaning of work area

Use lay‑up sheets

Stocking and inventory of core material, dry film and developing solution.

Equipment maintenance

Coordinate workload and meet minimum throughput expectations.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to work with chemicals.

Ability to work on feet for entire shift.

Ability to work in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment.

Ability to work in a clean‑room environment which requires special clothing and adherence to clean‑room protocol.

Education and Experience

Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Required Experience:

No experience required. We can train candidates with the essential knowledge and skills.

Preferred Experience:

Previous printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred. General manufacturing experience helpful.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$35,840 – $56,650

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Export Statement Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC, including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understanding that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of foreign visitor badge differentiation; c) understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities; d) understanding the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
