Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time
Salary: $83,200 – $93,600 per year (annualized base salary plus incentive earnings for full‑time schedules)
Location: Various Aspen Dental locations (specific city will be provided during interview)

Key Responsibilities
Create and implement patient care plans in partnership with the dentist using AAP guidelines
Manage treatment schedule to provide comprehensive care and patient education
Continuously improve knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients of all ages
