Position Summary
This full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist role supports daily office operations while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The position requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth workflows and professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to leadership and office staff. This role also assists with scheduling, document management, office supply coordination, and general office upkeep while collaborating with team members to maintain efficient operations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, proofreading, and document preparation
Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings or small events
Monitor and replenish office and canteen supplies; assist with ordering lunches as needed
Support internal staff with Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
Key Skills
Strong computer literacy, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills
High attention to detail with strong proofreading and data-entry accuracy
Education & Other Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant ( 10 years )
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday 8-hour shift (typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
