A Day In The Life – Receptionist / Administrative Assistant As the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you serve as both the face of our office and a key administrative support partner to our team. You will create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and guests while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
What You Will Do:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in person and by phone in a professional, friendly manner
Manage multiple phone lines and route inquiries efficiently
Provide administrative support, including:
Preparing and organizing reports and documentation
Filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic and physical records
Assisting with mail, correspondence, and document management
Support staff with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Assist with the coordination and set-up of small office events and luncheons
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort managing multiple phone lines and priorities
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
Experience supporting multiple staff members in a professional setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of relevant administrative or receptionist experience or a two-year degree
Background in the financial services industry (a plus, but not required)
Position Details
Full-time, in-office position
Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
