Master’s in physics, astronomy or astrophysics
or Bachelor's in physics or astronomy AND Master’s in engineering, mathematics, meteorology or geophysics
or equivalent qualifications (submit an Application for Equivalency with supporting documents)
Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of community college students
Degrees and credits must be from accredited institutions (Title V Section 53406). Foreign degrees must be evaluated by an approved service.
Screening will be conducted by a screening committee; meeting minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview.
