History of success in developing high‑performing teams Full‑service restaurant manager with at least three years in a high‑volume corporate structure Track record of strong leadership Good work tenure, no more than three jobs in last five years Experience in full‑service restaurant with high alcohol sales Minimum $4 million sales volume experience Benefits
