Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities
Analyze P&L data and sales projections
Passionately manage all FOH and BOH operations
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage all team members and guests
Able to resolve all service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
1+ years of experience as a restaurant Manager
Strong P&L management experience
Hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and by example
Versatile communication style to effectively interact with all team members and guests
Restaurant General Manager Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience
Generous vacation policy
Attainable bonus structure up to 3k per MONTH based on performance.
