We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.**Food Ingredients:** Innovating improved nutritional profiles, better taste and texture, and greater cost efficiency to meet the needs of global food and beverage manufacturers.The role is based in **St. Louis, MO (onsite)**. Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Develop new food ingredient products based on commercial specifications.* Work closely with R&D to identify market trends, consumer needs, and product specifications.* Monitor the product development process from concept to manufacturing and distribution.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure successful product launches.* Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.* Lead technical projects from experimental design to completion, including testing and analytical procedures.* Prepare standards and product materials under minimal supervision.* Participate in customer visits, answer technical questions, and conduct seminars/presentations.* Provide technical services such as plant trials, troubleshooting, and training; travel up to 30% required.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial food, pharmaceutical, ingredients, or flavor industry.* At least 1 year of experience in beverage applications.* BS in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related disciplines.* Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to manage projects and work independently in a laboratory/pilot plant environment.* Comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and handling hazardous materials.* Master’s degree preferred.* Knowledge of food safety, raw materials, food regulations, sanitation, and production processes.* Demonstrated discriminative organoleptic skills.* Opportunity to work on cutting-edge food ingredient innovations.* Professional development and learning programs.* Inclusive and collaborative work environment.* Global exposure and career growth opportunities.* Competitive benefits and wellness initiatives.* Be part of a company that values sustainability and diversity.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
