Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Operate transfer pumps, filtration equipment, and blend tanks.* Document and label materials accurately.* Maintain a safe and sanitary work area, ensuring equipment is clean and in good working order.* Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and housekeeping standards.* Support additional duties as assigned.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** High School Diploma or GED **required**.* Basic math skills essential.* Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment.* Computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.* Strong communication and teamwork skills.* Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 9 hours per shift.* Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 30 feet.* Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.* 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant.* 1–2 years operating moving equipment (forklifts, tote/tank wagons).* Experience in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement culture.* Competitive pay and benefits.* Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision).* 401k plan with company match.* Paid vacation and holidays.* Career development and growth opportunities.* Inclusive culture that values diversity and authenticity.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
