As a Ground Combat Element Training Professional, you’ll bring tactical and technical expertise to work on projects to improve training readiness across the Marine Corps. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and provide subject matter support to the Live Virtual Constructive–Training Environment for the Marine Corps. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to training capabilities and readiness.
You’ll guide the work we do and the solutions we deliver for training readiness across the Marine Corps. You served your country as a seasoned Ground Combat Arms professional. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Marine Corps.

You Have
Experience utilizing Live, Virtual, and Constructive – Training Environments to strengthen the combat, resiliency, and readiness of Marine Corps formations
Experience working with the various organizations within the Marine Corps, Training and Education, and the Fleet, to ensure that training systems support the training requirements
Experience developing training materials and systems to ensure the combat readiness of Marine Corps formations
Experience conducting range modernization
Knowledge of range instrumentation
Knowledge of MCTIMS, Training and Readiness Manuals, and Marine Corps training policies
Ability to assess training simulation systems in order to ensure they meet the requirements of the training audience and ensure training readiness of the force
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have
8+ years of experience in the Marine Corps Infantry
Experience conducting field user evaluations
Master's degree
Graduate of Command and Staff College or equivalent
Joint Tactical Attack Controller Certification
Completion of Forward Observer Basic Course

Salary: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
