We’re seeking an expert Ground Combat Element Training Professional to co‑design and support the Live‑Virtual‑Constructive Training Environment for the Marine Corps. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, researching, developing, analyzing, and assessing systems and policies to enhance training readiness across the Marine Corps.
Key Responsibilities
Research, develop, and analyze training readiness solutions for the Marine Corps.
Provide subject‑matter support for the Live, Virtual, and Constructive training environment.
Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to training capabilities.
Guide the delivery of training readiness solutions across the Marine Corps.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and senior leaders.
What You Have
Experience utilizing Live, Virtual, and Constructive training environments to strengthen combat readiness.
Experience working with Marine Corps training organizations, ensuring systems support training requirements.
Experience developing training materials and systems for combat readiness.
Experience in range modernization and knowledge of range instrumentation.
Knowledge of MCTIMS, Training and Readiness manuals, and Marine Corps training policies.
Ability to assess training simulation systems to meet audience requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree.
Nice If You Have
8+ years of experience in Marine Corps Infantry.
Experience conducting field user evaluations.
Master’s degree.
Graduate of Command and Staff College or equivalent.
Joint Tactical Attack Controller certification.
Completion of Forward Observer Basic Course.
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary determined by location, experience, and other factors. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
