Job Summary We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at a regional office. This is a full-time, salaried position focused on managing heavy electrical construction projects. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, integrity, and quality, and the ability to drive profitability.

Pay Range $180k–$220k per year

Key Responsibilities Oversee all regional operations, including project management, estimating, and field supervision.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple projects.

Lead and mentor a team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.

Monitor financial performance, including cost control and profitability.

Coordinate project hand-offs and maintain strong communication with leadership.

Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency and growth.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction management or similar leadership role.

Proven success managing projects up to $10M.

Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Sage, Viewpoint) and MS Office.

Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.

Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ($180,000–$220,000) plus bonus opportunities.
