Job Summary Title: Senior Scheduler – Construction Projects Location: Remote within the U.S. (70%+ travel to project sites) Overview: We are seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for large-scale construction projects. This role requires expertise in scheduling software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Pay Range $170k-$190k per year

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools Integrate schedules with cost and resource plans Monitor progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for stakeholders Support risk analysis and forecasting for project timelines Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of experience in scheduling for large construction projects Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and scheduling best practices Experience with $100M+ projects in sectors like data centers, infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities Strong understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) and risk analysis Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to travel extensively (70%+)

Preferred Skills Familiarity with BIM and integrated project delivery Knowledge of Procore, CMiC, and other project management tools Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
