Pay Rate The pay rate for this job is $14 - $14 / hour*
Responsibilities Prepare meals in a large volume establishment
Saute, grill, fry, and Cook / Utility Worker ingredients according to food safety guidelines
Chop, slice, and wash fruits and vegetables
Make salads, desserts, and complete meals
May create menus and follow recipes
Assist with catering orders and prepare trays for customers
Clean the kitchen area, take out trash, mop floors and wipe down the dining area when needed
Working in the Hospital cafeteria, experienced Grill Cook / Utility Worker needed for Breakfast, Midday & Evening shifts also could potentially do other Duties related to the running of a busy kitchen environment
Available shifts Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night), Weekends
Qualifications Experience in a high-volume institutional environment
Good knife skills and knowledge of food preparation
Able to work all areas of the kitchen
Stand in kitchen environment for long periods of time
Experienced Kitchen related activities & duties
