Job Description Essential Responsibilities
Identify gaps within FLIGHT DECK fundamental maturity at ACSC, develop and execute impactful actions plans to close gaps
Lead the deployment and sustainment of the FLIGHT DECK lean operating model across various departments and teams.
Engage and drive FLIGHT DECK inclusiveness and empowerment throughout ACSC's site.
Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity.
Coach FLIGHT DECK problem solving through daily management, at point problem solving, structured problem solving and kaizen.
Coach, train and mentor site leadership on the FLIGHT DECK fundamentals.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing experience in metric driven environment experience).
Minimum of 3 years of kaizen experience or lean tool application to drive change in a production shop floor.
Desired Characteristics and Experience
Manufacturing experience in metric driven environment
Proven track record for leadership and change management
Kaizen experience or other hands-on experience in lean tool deployment and driving changes in production shop floor through strategic projects
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
High-Energy, independent thinker; data/fact driven decision maker
Previous shop floor operational/leadership experience.
Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
