As a
Mechanical Assembler
based in Morgan Hill you will have responsibility for performing electro-mechanical assembly, including basic soldering, chassis assembly, and final instrument integration. Also responsible for performing various product testing and verification.
Key Responsibilities include:
On Time Delivery
Return Rate (internal/external)
First Pass Yields
Inventory Accuracy
Cycle Time Improvement
This position will be reporting to the Production Manager based in Morgan Hill
Requirements :
Be able to move large test equipment (approximately 50 pounds)
Good aptitude for mechanical assembly (1-2 years’ experience preferred)
Can read assembly drawings and procedures, including Anritsu workmanship standards
Understanding of Kanban processes
In order to be successful in this role, the following competencies and behavior skills are required:
Able to effectively communicate
Can work well in a team environment
The annual base salary range for this position is $22/hr - $26/hr. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
