The Role Do you usually find yourself solving problems for others? How well do you handle working under pressure? Is customer service important to you? Perfect!

We are looking for a driven, self‑motivated, and organized individual to join our customer service team. Being part of our Customer Service team means you are energetic and quick; at SP we wear multiple hats, this person will not only be on the phone but also helping with shipments. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between Shoe Palace and our customers. You will be the human element in our brand that makes a lasting impression.

Range: $19.00–$20.00

What a day at work may be like…

Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Take the extra mile to engage customers

Run out to help fulfillment with shipping orders

About you…

High School Diploma or higher

Stellar memory, empathy, accuracy, and speed

Computer savvy

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or higher (minimum)

2+ years of Customer Service experience (preferred)
