Job Description You were born to be the boss. You make sure everyone does what they need to do, both at home and at work. Now it’s time to move up as an Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza. This role requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage the store during the shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Set the example and enforce 100% compliance with all policies and procedures for the crew.

Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule.

Maintain perfect image, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Qualifications

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communicate effectively: written instructions; verbal interaction with customers and co‑workers over phone and in person.

Essential Functions & Skills

Strong arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). May use calculator.

Make correct monetary change.

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Motor coordination for precise and rapid movements.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
