Position Description Patient Care Leader - RN
BayCare Health System is currently seeking a
Registered Nurse
to join our outstanding and compassionate
Med/Surg Neuro
team at
St. Joseph’s Hospital
as a
Patient Care Leader .

Responsibilities
Leading the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit.
RN is proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes.
Providing 24/7 accountability care for assigned patients.
Promoting evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Qualifications Certifications and Licensures
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
ACLS Certification, if required by department
Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
Education
Bachelors degree in Nursing is required
Experience
2 years of RN experience in acute care is required.
