Successful candidate will be hardworking, motivated, self-starter with a great personality and ability to manage time well, even if working independently, but also work as part of a collaborative team. This position is responsible for booking and detailing events at our Amherst and Derry properties. Essential Responsibilities
Receive and reply to allsales inquiries in a timely and organized manner. Answer emails/response times Responsible for conducting site tours Responsible for accurately outlining pricing. Responsible for creating proposals. Manage all booking from start to finish including all the detailings up to the day of the event. Responsible for working through all reconciliation Responsible for following up with clients for feedback. Coordinate with Accounts managers regarding payments. Coordination with all outside vendors Provide vendor references to clients Use applications such as Tripleseat, Prismm, Toast, Open Table. Qualifications
