Qualifications
Expertise in law, including litigation and family law
Proficiency in legal document preparation and document review
Strong research and analytical skills to support case strategy and legal proceedings
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders
Superb organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with legal software and office applications is preferred
Paralegal certification or a related degree is required
Prior experience working in litigation or family law is an advantage
