Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in our Jupiter, FL office. The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with two attorneys to prepare and review legal documents, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage document organization, and support case management. This position requires attention to detail, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and court procedures. Many of the cases will be in the field of Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice and Wrongful Death.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Understanding of Medical Billing
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple cases
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred
Prior experience in litigation, especially in Florida, is advantageous
