Overview Clerical Trial Assistant File Clerk / Office Assistant to assist at Trial Temporary - Jan 20 - Feb 27

We are working with a firm that needs a runner/assistant in a temporary capacity to assist attorneys and paralegals at a trial. This is a unique opportunity for the right person.

Qualifications

clean driving record and driver's license (over the age of 23)

be willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement

be able to commit for the entire time

MUST be able to take direction and take the position seriously

be organized, responsible, and punctual

be able to lift heavy boxes (multiple 50 lb boxes and/or equipment)

be available for overtime/weekends/evenings and to stay on-site at a hotel in Golden, CO (room/board is paid)

Job Duties

prepare trial room with files

run file boxes to and from courthouse

stock and organize supplies - coffee, pens, lunch and dinner

run various errands for trial team (dry cleaner, grocery store, etc.)

be available for on-call emergencies

Key points

this position will include overtime

some days may include 6 AM arrivals and 8 PM endings - 7 days a week

previous law firm runner experience is helpful, but not required
