Position: Help Desk/Help Support.
Location: Remote
Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Help Desk/Help Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat and provide technical assistance to clients
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or vendor for resolution
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Assist with the setup and installation of new hardware and software
Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best support to clients
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a technical support role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
