to sit in our clients office in
Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in
commercial litigation
or
construction law .
Proven ability to manage complex cases and support attorneys in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Manage case files, organize exhibits, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
Prepare and file court documents in compliance with local and state rules.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all case‑related tasks.
Assist with billing and time entry as needed.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range:
$70,000 – $80,000 , based on experience.
