Machine Operator – Join a Fast‑Growing Team!
We’re looking for reliable and skilled Extrusion Machine Operators to support our expanding HVAC component manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help produce high‑quality polypropylene vent system components by setting up, operating, and inspecting extrusion equipment. What You’ll Do
Operate extrusion lines to produce components according to production specifications
Communicate production rates, machine status, and issues during shift handoffs
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Inspect extruded parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and overall quality
Record production data, including counts, scrap, and machine settings
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement
Distribute work orders and provide workflow support as needed
What You Bring Essential Skills
1+ year of experience operating extrusion machines (plastic extrusion preferred)
Ability to perform machine setup and troubleshoot basic operational issues
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Strong attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
Willingness to work
12‑hour shifts on a 3/4 rotation schedule
Preferred Skills
Direct extrusion machine operation experience
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred, not required)
Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
