Join Truist as a Universal Banker, providing client service and support sales. Work 20 hours per week at Westover Boulevard, Albany, GA.
Responsibilities
Process client transactions and maintain accurate records.
Educate clients on digital solutions such as ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
Support sales outreach through outbound calls and client needs assessment.
Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
Adhere to internal controls and operational procedures.
Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
PC keyboard proficiency and basic computer applications.
Ability to multi-task and work weekends/extended hours as required.
Preferred Qualifications
One year of client relationship building or sales experience.
Knowledge of advanced branch transactions and risk management.
Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
Understanding of bank operations, policies, and procedures.
