Manufacturing Team Member – A Shift

$19.50 per hour Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Description

Manufacturing Team Members
to join our growing team in Waterford, NY. This role is responsible for fabricating components used in sustainable building and HVAC solutions through a variety of processes including cutting, routing, and plastic welding. Read and follow work orders using an MRP system Fabricate products using plastic welding, cutting, routing, and shaping techniques Package, carton, and label finished goods Follow quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met Accurately record transactions in MRP system Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment (5S principles) Assist with cycle counting and inventory control Support continuous improvement initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required Commitment to workplace safety Certification in plastic or metal welding/fabrication preferred Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Good communication skills and self-motivation Physical Requirements
