Travel Registered Nurse ED
ECU Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED for a 13‑week assignment at ECU Health North Hospital in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. The role involves 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts.
Base Pay Range
Pay up to $63/hour, 1.5× for overtime and holiday, plus $3/hour standby and $2/hour preceptor/charge. Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Job Description & Requirements

32‑bed unit, separate locked area for behavioral health patients Staffing ratios: 1:4 or 1:5 RN‑to‑patient, depending on acuity Annual ED volume: ~26,000 Primary population: Emergency care for conditions such as renal failure, pulmonary disease, cardiac monitoring, congestive heart failure, GI disturbances, hypertension, infectious diseases, diabetes, and acute and chronic cardiac processes. Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Nursing, Associate’s in Nursing, or higher (Bachelor’s preferred) Greater than 1 year of nursing experience required American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required Compensation Package
Base pay: up to $63/hour for all travel nursing positions 1.5× base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay Additional $3/hour for stand‑by pay and $2/hour for charge/preceptor pay Employment Notice
