This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for the automotive industry and are committed to providing exceptional service. As a customer service representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries related to automotive products and services while working in a vibrant city. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and specifications via phone, email, and chat in Dutch Provide accurate information on vehicle options, pricing, and available promotions Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, follow-ups, and troubleshooting issues Resolve customer complaints efficiently, striving to ensure complete satisfaction Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support Stay informed about the latest automotive products and trends to give informed advice to customers Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude Excellent multitasking abilities and the capability to manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment Proficient problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs Familiarity with CRM software and basic office tools Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Benefits
