Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift
Company: Avancez LLC
Location: Grand Prairie, TX (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex)
Shift Schedule Monday – Saturday
Mon‑Fri 2:00 pm – 10:15 pm
Sat 3:00 pm – 12:15 am
Pay Starting: $18.75 / hour
Hilo Premium: $1.00 / hour
Primary Responsibilities
Operate stand‑up or sit‑down forklift safely
Move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed
Unload trucks and put inventory away
Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
Load trucks with empty dunnage
Expectations
Commit to safety and personal accountability
Stand for 8‑9 hours daily
Available for overtime and weekend work
Good communication skills
Maintain constructive relationships and initiative
Be on time
Lift up to 40 pounds
Team‑player and to work close to others (≤3 ft)
Good hand‑eye coordination
Ability to multitask and work quickly
Qualifications & Experience
At least 1 year sit‑down forklift experience (mandatory)
Subsequent forklift experience preferred
Ability to pass post‑offer urinalysis drug screen and background check
