Online Order Filling Team Supervisor
Walmart is seeking an Online Order Filling Team Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for online orders.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Online Order Filling associates to fill and dispense online orders.
Locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders before pick-up.
Make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to maintain customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations, monitor productivity, and maintain high quality standards.
Compensation Hourly Wage: $20.00/hr – $33.00/hr
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium bonuses ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
