Job Description
Sign On Bonus:
$15,000 for eligible candidates
Schedule:
7p-7a with rotating weekends
Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate.
Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare providers, ensuring continuity and documentation.
Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken.
Evaluates patient progress towards outcomes, revising diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed.
Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
Qualifications Education:
Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing
Certifications:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) (EV Accredited Issuing Body)
RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
