Emergency Room Technician - Nights

Schedule:
7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with rotating weekends (PRN)
Location:
1035 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701
Responsibilities
Monitor cardiac/telemetry status and vital functions of all patients.
Perform as a Unit Liaison, including physician communication, maintaining electronic logs, EMS radio support, and coordinating patient transports.
Adhere to infection control policies and protocols to protect patients and employees.
Use and maintain emergency equipment proficiently; document treatment and administered care in the electronic medical record according to established policies and procedures.
Assist with replenishing code cart supplies and other essential equipment, and support the charge nurse or primary nurse with patient care throughout the department as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)
Basic Life Support – CPR Certified (BLS)
Resuscitation Quality Improvement Certified (RQI)
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $15.16 – $24.26 per hour
