We are seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric practice and welcome Clinical Fellows.
Our team provides Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy for children from babies to tweens in a fun, supportive environment. Therapists enjoy a Tuesday–Friday schedule with early Fridays for longer weekends, promoting work‑life balance.
Highlights include flexible PTO, family‑centered care, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative, co‑treat approach. We treat various communication, developmental, and feeding skills using a play‑based, child‑directed model, offering individual and group therapy.
Responsibilities
Tailor treatment for individual children.
Educate families on therapy goals and progress.
Collaborate with Occupational and Physical Therapists.
Track progress and adjust interventions.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Valid SLP license.
Infant experience or strong interest in infant therapy.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong time management and up‑to‑date knowledge of therapy practices.
