MV Team Lead 2nd Shift

Location: Pinetops, NC.
Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will support the unit in achieving production targets by adhering to systems and processes. Each day you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor and interpret technical diagrams for assembly of products, systems, and panels.
Work model: onsite at the Pinetops, NC facility.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi‑finished or final products, systems, or panels, including packing integrated with production lines.
Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.
Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
Qualifications For The Role
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
Knowledge and use of tools — tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.
Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
Working Conditions Manufacturing plant environments require hands‑on and technical tasks. Work may involve occasional lifting of materials, climbing stairs or ladders, and walking. Employees may be required to bend, twist, or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of computers is necessary for data entry, monitoring, and communication.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toed shoes is required. Adhering to safety guidelines is essential for all team members.
