As a MBR Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first & sometimes the only person interacting with our Customers. Your contact with every Customer plays an essential role helping us create smiles by making lives easier. Your professionalism & optimism are vital to creating a pleasant experience for Customers. You are the face of Domino’s!

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our St. Louis location! We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our customers. As the face of our company, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the fast-paced world of pizza delivery.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders in a friendly, efficient manner

Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment for both team members and customers

Prepare high-quality products consistently, adhering to company standards

Utilize advanced equipment and technology to process orders and payments

Manage time effectively and multitask in a competitive work environment

Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed

Operate various equipment within the store safely and efficiently

Contribute to a positive and inclusive work atmosphere

Qualifications

Must be {AGE} years of age or older

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and counting change

Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-first mindset

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Team player mentality with a goal-oriented approach

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
