Junior Civil Designer — Land Development (Baltimore Suburbs) Ready to launch your civil engineering career and get hands-on with real-world land development projects? What You’ll Do

Support senior engineers and designers on site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater management plans

Prepare drawings and design documents using AutoCAD / Civil 3D

Assist with quantity takeoffs, redlines, and plan revisions

Coordinate with internal teams and gain exposure to permitting and submission packages

Learn industry standards, design workflows, and best practices in land development

What We’re Looking For

1-5 years of experience in civil engineering or land development (internships welcome)

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field

Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D

Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn

A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
