full‑time Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Specialist
who is detail‑driven, dependable, and takes pride in keeping financial operations accurate and on track.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and post journal entries as needed
Review and maintain General Ledger accounts and supporting schedules for accuracy
Perform daily bank account reconciliations
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Support the accounting team with additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Strong time‑management and organizational skills
Proven ability to problem‑solve and work independently
Clear and professional communication skills
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to meet established deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Accounting knowledge and/or prior bookkeeping experience
Experience with
DealerTrack
is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Full‑time | 40 hours per week
Monday–Friday
Flexible start time:
7:00 AM or 8:00 AM
Occasional overtime as business needs require
