We are looking for a
On-Call Food Runner
to join our team at our fast-paced, fine dining restaurant at Hyatt Regency Orlando! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring proper plate placement and presentation.
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist servers by refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and supporting guest needs as needed.
Help maintain a clean and organized dining area by resetting tables and supporting with bussing duties during peak times.
Keep service stations stocked, clean, and ready for use.
Qualifications
Previous food runner or restaurant support experience preferred, especially in high-volume settings.
Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.
Team-player mentality with a positive, guest-first attitude.
Flexible availability preferred: morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
