Monday- Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
Pay Range:
$21.00-$24.00 per hour.
PURPOSE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform a wide range of inventory control operations on a variety of products. Performing with the established process sheets, prints, engineering specifications and work instructions
Maintain accurate inventories through diligent performance of inventory transactions, and verification of transactions.
Issue components to assembly to satisfy daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, maintaining required records of issuances and other appropriate documents.
Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Work with Tradesphere to ensure all products that require licenses have all the correct documentation.
Ship product within the correct shipping window.
Properly close out shipping each day and have shipping companies verify count, sign, and date paperwork.
Responsible for receipt of all FedEx, UPS, and other third-party deliveries.
Responsible for receipt of raw material deliveries.
Verify packing slip vs. PO, receive into system, and deliver to internal area/customer.
Maintain necessary records and ensure that documentation procedures are followed.
Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to a leader.
This individual may generate and/or handle regulated (i.e. hazardous/non-hazardous) waste as part of this job. This must be disposed of in accordance with federal/state regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand prints, process sheets, and engineering specifications.
Basic mathematical and mechanical skills are required.
Basic computer interface skills are required.
Strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and coordinate work activities to be efficient and productive is required.
Strong ability to follow written and prescribed work instructions/procedures and tasks.
Strong ability to read and interpret specifications, acceptance criteria, and engineering drawings.
Ability to work independently and in a team along with solid training and mentoring skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Situational/Spatial awareness along with strict adherence to PPE/safety protocols is required.
Knowledge of SAP- Preferred.
