Location: Timken, Keene, NH

Job Type: Full time

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: Monday- Thursday 5:00am-3:00pm, Friday OT Day

Pay Range: $21.00-$25.00/hr

Purpose The Quality Specialist verifies product conformity to internal and external customer requirements and manages product document control to support Customer Source Inspections. Performs assigned tasks accurately and with attention to detail, following engineering drawings, specifications, and operational instructions.

Core Functions

Prepare, scan, audit and maintain quality documents.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation, ensuring procedures are followed.

Locate and interpret prints, process sheets, specifications, customer PO's, certifications, etc

Perform inspections per issued work instructions and review First Article Inspections

Conduct document evaluations and product traceability checks to verify conformance to specifications.

Support customer source inspection activities.

Process associated documents as required and specified

This individual may generate and/or handle regulated (i.e. hazardous/non-hazardous) waste as part of this job. This must be disposed of in accordance with federal/state regulations.

Technical/Functional Skills

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Ability to read and understand prints, process sheets, and engineering specifications

Basic mathematical and mechanical skills are required.

Computer interface skills are required.

Strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and coordinate work activities to be efficient and productive is required.

Strong ability to follow written and prescribed work instructions/procedures and tasks.

Strong ability to read and interpret specifications, acceptance criteria, and engineering drawings.

Ability to work independently and in a team along with solid training and mentoring skills

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Situational/Spatial awareness along with strict adherence to PPE/safety protocols is required.

SAP and Team center knowledge- preferred
