Main Responsibilities
Set up workstations
Cook preparations and dishes to business standards
Follow health and safety guidelines
Prepare ingredients for use during shift
Clean prep tables, floor and areas
Report inventory levels, meat cuts, and food waste
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a cook
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Florida state Food handler certified
