Enter and update inventory information accurately and efficiently Assist with clearing backlog of inventory data Support billing processes, including invoice preparation and review Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records Qualifications
Manufacturing industry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems a plus
