Responsibilities

Manage and process membership billing transactions.

Oversee the transfer of memberships to a unified billing cycle.

Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reconcile discrepancies.

Provide exceptional customer service to resolve billing inquiries and ensure member satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience working with a membership system (required).

Strong

accounts receivable skills , including reconciliation and payment processing.

Proven experience handling
