DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
Provide preventive maintenance, safety checks and repairs to numerous clinical instruments. Provide complete clinical equipment coverage to assigned departments. Provide assistance to level I technicians. Complete data entry for all work orders in department computer. Provide repairs to non-clinical equipment as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Clinical Equipment Technician Level II should have a minimum 2 years experience at the staff level. Education and Training: Associates degree in Biomedical Electronics or Electronic Technology Or equivalent(e.g. one year technical institute plus one year experience, military training) License, Certification & Registration: DRIVER - Driver's License Other Requirements: Well organized and able to handle a variety of complex assignments simultaneously Demonstrated dependability. Must have a valid drivers license to service BHS offsite entities. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be proficient in basic computer skills.
