Position Overview The Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Immunology at the Gavin Herbert Eye Institute, School of Medicine at the University of California, Irvine anticipates future openings for Postdoctoral Scholar positions.
Salary Effective 10/1/2024: $66,737 – $80,034 annually (or $31.97 – $38.34 hourly). Effective 10/1/2025: $69,073 – $82,836 annually (or $33.09 – $39.68 hourly).

Position Description The incumbent must have interdisciplinary skills in Genomics, Bioinformatics, RNA Sequencing, CyTOF, FACS, Advanced Imaging, Biochemistry, Immunology, Cell Biology, and be comfortable working with laboratory animal models (mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits) and human samples. An understanding of advanced immunological, virological, and pathological methods is required. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Immunology, Microbiology, Pathology, Neuroscience, and related disciplines.
