As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and creating products that reach consumers through supermarkets and foodservice channels.

Responsibilities

Deliver on both top and bottom-line targets, growing our business in a profitable way with both existing and new accounts.

Utilize a

consultative selling approach

and demonstrate a deep understanding of

our customers' needs . Go beyond the obvious to deliver a superior customer experience to drive growth.

Combine a

strategic mindset with a pragmatic action-oriented entrepreneurial approach

to identify and bring in new customer and business opportunities.

Collaborating with

cross-functional teams : Work closely with our

technical Flavour Creation & Application and marketing teams

to ensure successful project execution. Collaboration and teamwork are key to our success.

Candidate Profile

Clear track-record of driving commercial success in B2B food industry, with minimum of 7 years commercial experience. Preferably in flavours and/or specialized food ingredients.

Strategic business and commercial insight:

Display a deep understanding of the Benelux food market dynamics and use this to deliver on business opportunities.

Hunter mindset.

Strong drive to achieve results and deliver on objectives. High level of accountability. Proactive, action oriented and determined.

Self-awareness and excellent interpersonal skills:

Communicate effectively, negotiate persuasively, and work successfully with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to handle complexity:

Balance attention to detail with a pragmatic and hands‑on problem‑solving approach.

Language proficiency:

Fluent in English, with knowledge of Dutch considered an advantage.

Job level flexibility:

This position can be tailored to fit a Key Account Manager or a Senior Key Account Manager, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
