Little Acorn ABA is a growing in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency dedicated to providing person-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care. We believe that meaningful progress happens when services are built around the individual, not a one-size-fits-all model.

BCBA Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Little Acorn ABA. This role offers a flexible hybrid model, combining remote clinical responsibilities with in-home and community-based support for clients throughout the local service area.

As a BCBA, you will oversee assessment, treatment planning, and supervision while collaborating closely with families, technicians, and community partners. We work with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, delivering person-centered, practical, and ethically grounded services in environments where skills naturally develop.

This is a rewarding opportunity for BCBAs who value flexibility, meaningful collaboration, and high-quality care without the burnout of a fully clinic-based model.

Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Design and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address skill acquisition and challenging behaviors.

Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of client progress, data, and treatment plans.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support meaningful, generalizable skill development across environments.
